This is an NHS-approved system that helps to ensure you get an appointment within an appropriate timeframe when you need one. It also enables you to get help for many issues quickly and easily without even waiting for an appointment.

In the next few weeks, this will be fully integrated with NHS Login, so you will not have to fill in your name and other details each time. Sorry for any inconvenience that this causes you in the meantime.
